Wine and Cheese Parties Still Get Rowdy

I was talking to one of my friends about the crowd's intensity at the Heels game two nights ago. Despite spending 4 years in Chapel Hill as an undergrad, she said she's never heard the Smith Center louder than it was during the Ohio State game.

Indeed, the crowd at the Dean Dome may be wine and cheese, but it still provides quite a homecourt advantage. Inside Carolina has discussed it twice this season: both in the preview of the Ohio State game and the preview of tomorrow's UNC/Kentucky game.
